Sale Permit Application

A sale permit must be obtained before a sale can be conducted in the City of Mission Hills.

CONDITIONS OF A SALE:
1. Sale must be conducted at the dwelling listed below.
2. Garage sales may not be held more than once a year.
3. Sale may not be scheduled for more than two consecutive days. Sale may be held between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Sale may not be held on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
4. No signs are permitted. The City will place temporary no parking signs in the vicinity of the sale.
5. Permit fee is $25 if seven days advance notice is given. If applying for a permit with less than seven days notice, the permit cost is $50.

The sale permit application will not be processed until payment is received. After the application is submitted, you will be taken to the page for credit card payment. You will have the option to pay $25 if seven (7) days advance notice has been given or to pay $50 is the sale is within seven (7) days of today.

The home owner will receive a copy of the approved permit in the mail within one week of submitting the application.
