Special Animal Permit
|
Residents who have pets must register their animals with the City each year. In addition, a resident who has more than 2 dogs or has more than 2 cats must receive a special animal permit. To register your animals, please return a registration card, either signed by your vet or with an attached copy of a current rabies certificate, to the City of Mission Hills. Registration cards are mailed to residents in December and are available at City Hall. You can register your animals free of charge during January of each year. To apply for a special animal permit online, complete the form below and then enter your credit card information on the payment page.
